Your Tasks:

Handle sales enquiries.Order Confirmation (OC)Create DN for each customer orderCreate invoice based on qty and models on DN and send to customers e.g. by mail and faxShipment ArrangementCreate if wrong input of unit price, over-shipped, wrong models etc.; and send to customer e.g. by fax and mailCommunicate with customer/PRC offices of delivery, stock available, price inquiry etc.Filing of documents such as POs from customers, DN, B/L, L/C, etc

Your Profile:

Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00).Experience at least 2 years as SCM Specialist, Sales Administration or Logistic SpecialistGood in Microsoft office applications, especially in ExcelPreferable familiar with SAP systemHave knowledge on Indonesia Import TaxHigh motivated person, good communication skills, multi-tasked personAble to work independently or in a teamGood in English (Spoken & Written)
