Answer telephone, screen and direct callsTake and relay messagesProvide information to callersGreet persons entering organizationDirect persons to correct destinationDeal with queries from the public and customersEnsures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organizationGeneral administrative and clerical supportPrepare letters and documentsReceive and sort mail and deliveriesSchedule appointmentsMaintain appointment diary either manually or electronicallyOrganize meetingsTidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English both verbal and writtenAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Contract positions available.Customer service orientationinformation managementAttention to detail, initiative and reliability.
