PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (PDE)

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Civil engineering.
Having 3 years experience in project development engineering / construction in mining company.
Experience in Project Management involving all steps from initial assessment of potential opportunities, to execution of the final concept.
Strong knowledge in mine studies and engineering & construction related to mine site infrastructure.
Commercial and communication skills are a benefit.
Proven track record of fit-for-purpose application and delivery.
ENVIRONMENT COMPLIANCE ENGINEER (ECE)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering.
Having 3 years experience as Environment Officer, preferably from mining industry.
Environmental or related Regulatory Compliance/Audit function/ Risk Management in Mining Industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communications at all levels of an organization and with external parties.
A basic understanding of Hazardous Substance Management.
Knowledge of environmental design legislation, Life Cycle assessment and the evolution of worldwide legislation in this area.
Familiar with Environmental Management systems.
Demonstrated understanding of air emissions and emission reporting processes.
INDUSTRIAL RELATION OFFICER (IRO)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Law.
Having 3 years experience in the administration, business processes and Management of Industrial Relation preferably in Mining company.
Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower regulation.
Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues.
Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement.
Strong interpersonal, leadership skills as well ability to sense and asses situation which are critical to keep Industrial peace. Within the organization.
Team and customer services oriented.
Strong organizational commitment.
SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT (SFT)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree, Majoring in occupational health and safety (K3).
Min. 5 years experience in mining company.
Understand of safety policy and the implementation.
Able to handle Safety Induction, Safety Audit & Monitoring the implementation of Safety Standard.
Good knowledge in Safety Management System.
Strong knowledge in roles of safety, health and environment.
Able to handle the groups.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive, persuasive, hardworking, discipline, results oriented and able to work under pressure.
Strong leadership, dynamic, and attention to detail.
COAL PROCESSING PLANT & QUALITY CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (CPPQC)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Having 5 years experience in coal processing plant.
Good knowledge in Stock Pile Management, Transportation Management Mechanical Equipment and Coal Technology.
Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
Good knowledge in measuring the coal quality.
Good interpersonal & communication skill.
Strong interdisciplinary team working skills.
Results focus: innovation/improvement, results achieved.
Strong communications skills, hands-on, attention to detail.
COAL PROCESSING PLANT SUPERVISOR (CPP)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Having 2 years experience in coal processing plant, fresh graduate are welcome.
Good knowledge in Stock Pile Management, Transportation Management Mechanical Equipment and Coal Technology.
Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
Good interpersonal & communication skill.
MINE PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT (MP)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
Having 5 years experience as mine engineer in mining operation and supervisory experience.
Competent with MineScape mine design and mine planning software.
Ability to run scheduling and cost modeling software.
Experience with mining projects in Indonesia, including design and execution of field programs, feasibility planning, etc.
Experience with JORC reporting standards, and resource estimation.
Broad range of experience with geological interpretation and mapping software.
Demonstrated computer mapping skills.
Strong interdisciplinary team working skills.
Results focus: innovation/improvement, results achieved.
Strong communications skills, hands-on, attention to detail.
LONGTERM MINE ENGINEER (LT)
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geodetic Engineering.
Having minimum 3 years experience in most aspects of open cut coal mining and processing.
Able to operate mining software (minescape stratmodel, open cut).
Experience in evaluation and economic modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).
HYDROGEOLOGY ENGINEER (HYD)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering.
Having experience in Hydrogeology with an interest in geotechnical.
Having background in GIS.
Competent in modeling and analysis of hydrogeology design.
Understanding of geotechnical and civil engineering design and construction.
Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).
SURVEY SUPERVISOR (SUR)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Geodesy and Mining Engineering.
Having 2 years experience in mining operation.
Good understanding on mine survey and mining operation role concept.
Able to operate Geodetic Tools (GPS, Theodolit, Total Station, etc).
Able to operate Geodetic software (Terra Moder, Arc GIS, Arc View, Surfer, Autocad, Autodesktop, - Minescape, etc).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to work under pressure in a culturally diverse organization.
Excellent interpersonal skill and able to influence situations to achieve goals.
