Job description: PT Tripatra Engineers and Contractors, Tripatra has established a proven track record in providing safe reliable engineered solution to energy infrastructure needs in Oil-Gas & Energy, Mining, Industry and Marine sectors through:

• EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction),
• Engineering & Project Management
• Engineered Equipment Packaging
• O & M (Operation and Maintenance)
• Logistic & Transport Services.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Tripatra is now inviting an experienced manager who poses relevant education background, experience, and competencies to join the company.

Quality Management Representative (QMR)
Depth experience in developing and improving programs, practices, and procedures for maintaining high standard of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Determining and enforcing quality requirements in accordance with company needs and goals, based on the regulations and industrial practices in Oil & Gas On-Shore and/or Offshore EPC projects

Candidate shall have minimum 3 years experience in the same position. Experiences in six-sigma, balance score-card, and/or other management system are highly appreciated

Senior Project Control (SPC)
Develop, review, and control Oil & Gas On-Shore and/or Offshore EPC projects planning & scheduling included procedures and reports to assess areas of concern and propose action to keep the project on track. Coordinate with other team to ensure all factors are taken into consideration in the assessment of planning and scheduling. Asses impact of progress and schedule issues on Project Cost and Completion

Candidate shall has minimum 3 years in the same position and fluently in using project management software i.e. Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project

Safety, Health and Environment Manager (SHE)
Determine and enforce SHE requirements in accordance with company needs, goals, based on the regulation and industrial practices especially in Oil & Gas On-Shore and/or Offshore EPC projects. Organize and promote company’s wide SHE improvement efforts and create company SHE culture through training, assessment, audit and other programs

Candidate shall have 5 years experience in management level related to SHE areas

General Requirements:

• Minimum Engineering Degree (S1)
• Strong interpersonal skill in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working under high target environment
• Good personality, mature, enthusiastic, positive thinking, cooperative
• Fluent written and spoken in English
