Job description: Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Evaluate the achievement of sales targets
• Carry out effective marketing strategies that are oriented towards achieving and increasing sales targets
• Provide guidance and problem solving to problems related to sales achievement
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients and vendors
• Coaching and evaluating the behavior and achievements of subordinates
• Developing products or services from the company

Experience:

• Min 2 years working experience/exposure to textile industry

Skill :

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels
• Strategic thinker and doer who is able to conceptualize and execute marketing programs

Persyaratan

• Male & Female
• Min 2 years working experience/exposure to textile industry
• Min 3 years leadership experience
• Minimum degree/diploma in Business/Marketing/Management studies or its equivalent
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels
• Able to lead multiple teams in multiple cities and work under high pressure
• Strategic thinker and doer who is able to conceptualize and execute marketing programs
• Result and Target Oriented hard worker who is able to multi-task, highly organized, and processing good working attitude

Gaji/Upah: 10000000 – 12000000 per month
