About this Category Manager (Dry) Role:
The Category Manager (Dry) will create and develop strategies for development of the Dry and Fresh category, provide forecast and promotions to achieve sales and profit targets while directly reporting to the Head of Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing category performances, including full P&L responsibility for the category
• Creating and developing strategic plan for the development of the category
• Building and driving relationships with key suppliers to improve pricing and quality of services
• Provide forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inventory
• Leading merchandising and promotions to achieve sales and profit targets within category
• Developing strong working relationships with the other internal team

To succeed in this Category Manager (Dry) role, you must be comfortable in creating strategies to develop the category, build relationships with key suppliers and forecast inventory

Key Requirements:

• Four years’ experience in a related field
• Preferably handled FMCG/Fresh and Dry category
• English proficiency is a must
• Deep understanding of the market and trends
• Strategic analytical thinking
