JOB OVERVIEW
Migo’s Route-To-Market (RTM) team has a mission to deliver consistent service values across channels and pursue constant innovation to continuously improve customer experience. You will be responsible to design and implement Migo’s indirect sales strategy and ensuring that indirect sales projects, initiatives, and programs are executed as planned on the success will depend on not only your management skill but your ability to be flexible and innovate your plans to meet our growing needs of Migo consumers.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and develops the strategy of Migo’s indirect sales initiatives (i.e. MLM, referral, etc.) by exploring different channels to achieve overall sales target
- Manage Territory Leads and Migo Agents to ensure they are engaged and motivated
- Develop effective processes that make people work efficiently on-ground
- Monitor and ensure the team is following with the right standards onboarding and educating Migo Agents
- Leads regular evaluation with the team to identify gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand each stakeholder needs and to ensure they align with the ongoing initiatives and in accordance with the latest business direction
Qualifications
- Have 5-10 years of cumulative experience in driving sales and marketing, preferably with experience in driving indirect sales
- Data-driven; has strong ability to analyze sales data and taking it into action
- Strong people management skills coupled with the capability for on-ground problem solving
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; with demonstrated ability to deliver quality results
- Proven track record in building and nourishing relationships with various stakeholders
- Solid interpersonal and written communications skills that inspire a call to action among the sales team
- Advanced proficiency in written/oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong flexibility of work hours if there is a task that needs to be done in the evening or weekends
