Job description: Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
• Five or more years of experience in digital marketing industry or advertising agency
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
• Understands website metrics and best practices
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
• Willing to work full time in Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan.
• Good at problem-solving and communication
• Strong analytical skills

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, implement, manage and develop the company’s digital marketing strategy (SEO / SEM, social media ads – FB / IG Ads, email, Website, etc.)
• Planning, creating and distributing online content such as forums, videos, blogs, etc. Monitor and analyze content results
• Designing strategies to drive and increase online traffic on the company’s website
• Design, develop and maintain the continuity of the company’s social media activities
• Forecasting the development of digital marketing campaigns and ROI
• Identify market trends and insights, and optimize online marketing channel activity based on data on insights
• Collaborating with external agencies, advertising media and other partners
• Create a web page (landing page) for product sales marketing
• Regularly brainstorm to develop new strategies related to online marketing
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing activities and compare them against targets
• Tracking conversions and making improvements to the website.
• Manage the company’s brands and products online and create promotions to increase brand awareness
• Improve usability, design, content and conversion of company websites
• Responsible for planning and controlling the budget of all digital marketing activities
• Evaluate market research, market conditions and promotional activities of competing companies
