Job description:

• Provide strategic direction towards Sales & Marketing strategies through various perspectives; business development, process efficiency, etc.
• Translating corporate business strategies into local applications in terms of compliance, quality standards, and regulations
• Responsible for the overall operations of plant; sufficient capacity to meet demands, timely procurement in facilities, ensuring optimum utilizations
• Manage cost to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness; OPEX, CAPEX, raw material management
• Staff management and development throughout the plant site; efficiency of human resources

• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in related field or role
• Result-oriented with strong track record in successful leadership
• In-depth knowledge of market intelligence
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, regulations related, etc.
• Fluency in English
