• Perempuan
• Usia maksimal 25 tahun
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan
• Bahasa inggris aktif lebih diutamakan
• Menguasai Ms. Office baik Excel , Word , dan Power Point
• Menguasai Surat Menyurat,
• Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja
• Penempatan di Tipar Cakung, Jakarta Utara

Tanggung Jawab * Melakukan proses payroll (Mingguan dan Bulanan)

• Melakukan proses peminjaman atau pencairan koperasi karyawan
• Maintenance data karyawan dan kontrak karyawan
• Bertanggung jawab dalam hal mengelola dan pengembangan SDM
• Melakukan seleksi, promosi, transfering dan demosi pada karyawan yang dianggap perlu.
• Melakukan kegiatan pembinaan, pelatihan dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan kemampuan, potensi, mental, keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan yang sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
• Melakukan pembuatan rekap absen di akhir periode setiap bulannya
• Menerima dan mencatat laporan-laporan, pengajuan, dari Karyawan
• Melakukan penilaian karyawan pada karyawan PKWT dan PKWTT

Indonesia under name of CV. Jaya Raya. Grown through the years, the company changed its name into PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA. It was established on February 18. 1992 with the goal: to be a partner of the first choice in delivery of integrated steel structure works and construction services.

Our Annual Capacity of fabrication Is more than 15.000 ton of steel structure. In order to meet our customer’s needs and expectations, we step by step expand our workshop area and facilities. Nowadays, we are one of the foremost in the field of steel structure fabricator and construction in the country.

Within a quarter century of our existence, our commitments are proven in adding sustained value to our customers. Most of our customers have been with us for more than five years with an imposing level of repeat order.

We are awarded the ISO 9001 certification on May 27, 2002 as an acknowledgement of our culture and imprinted international standards in our consistency in providing high services to our customers.

In 2003 we have develop our business on Pressure Vessel, Boiler, and Heat Exchanger. With the same culture, we are awarded with the HUN, U2 and “S Stamp on August 12, 2004. These certificates appoint us as an authorized company to use the indicated Symbols of The American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) for the scope of certain activities in accordance with applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code.

In 2010. we have developed our business on Repairing. The ‘R Stamp certificate is awarded to us on August 11, 2010. This certificate gives us the authorization to metallic repair and/or alternation at the certain location and extended for field repair and/or alternations controlled by this location.

Gaji/Upah: 4000000 – 4800000 per month
