We’re looking for an experienced Ordering and Demand Planning analyst to be responsible for forecasting and ordering stock for Happy Fresh Hub Dark Stores to ensure that HFH customers consistently get what they want.

What you’ll be doing?

• Forecast and order accurately so that customers can consistently ‘get what they want’
• Order the correct level of stock during seasonal holidays, events and promotions
• Meet availability and stockholding targets
• Input unusable sales indicators when dark stores notify unusual sales
• Raise allocations for new lines
• Input changes to the forecasting and ordering system to manage promotions, holidays, events and weather changes
• Order stock from suppliers for orders stocked in the Distribution Centre and X Dock trough Dark Stores
• Order additional stock needed to be delivered prior to peak season
• Raise and pass purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate any issues to the Supply Chain Manager and Commercial team
• Input logistics data into the group forecast and ordering system as requested by the Commercial buying teams

Who are we looking for?

• 2-3 years of experience in Ordering and Demand Planning
• Knowledge of Forecasting and Ordering Systems
• Knowledge of In Store and Central Stock Management Processes
• Experience of working and delivering cross functionally
• Highly Driven, Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker.
• Strong ‘hands-on’ people management, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, team building, leadership and coaching skills.
