Job description: – Minimum 5+ years of experience in Japanese manufacturing company, managing factory, handling documents, registration, project, etc.

– JLPT N2 minimum, for business email and phone, advanced English.

– Knowledge and experience in ISO, OSHMS, BCP management systems.

– Having experience in managing multiple subordinates.

– Organized, able to multitask.

Job detail overview:

· Document management.

· Handling product registration, revision, specification, etc.

· Cooperation with Japan in the event of equipment failure, sharing drawings and construction chart.

· Information sharing related to safety (prevention of occupational accidents), and improvement.

· Communicate and coordinate supply chain with group company for urgent projects (in Japanese via mail/phone)
