Job description: Rail/ Metro Specialists (Resident Engineer, Telecom, SCADA, AFC & Rolling Stock) – Indonesia

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking several experienced Rail Specialists for an upcoming Metro project in the Indonesian capital Jakarta. The positions include:

• Resident Engineer
• Telecom & SCADA Expert
• AFC & IT Expert
• Rolling Stock Electrical/Electronical Expert

Opportunity:

The project is a recently awarded scheme partly financed by JICA for which the above-mentioned experts are required to work as part of the General Consultancy on behalf of the end client. The roles shall be throughout the construction phase and involve being based in country as part of an international team ensuring the successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for the roles include full management and supervision of all technical matters, coordinating with other team members including Resident Engineer and Design Manager systems during the construction phase to resolve issues, monitor progress and update stakeholders.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree beneficial)
• 18+ years of experience in similar roles
• 13+ years experienced in development of urban railway system
• Previous Consultancy experience
• 2+ years Regional Experience

Language:

Fluency in English writing and communication

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer is around $10,000 to $15,000 per month
