Job description: The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager and Business Development. The responsibilities of the selected candidate would include and is not limited to:

• Handling and monitoring sales activity in West Java, East Java and Bali
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Ensure account receivable performance as financial target objectives.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Managing the aim of the Distribution Sales Team while able to ensure enough stocks in distributor and warehouse as to achieve satisfied level of service.
• Preparing the forecast of sales rolling to achieve maximum efficiency level of production performance.

Commercially driven roleAttractive salary and package

• Minimum of 7 years experience preferably in food distribution
• Highly motivated individual, diligent and proactive business attitudes with leadership and entrepreneur flair
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
