Tanggung Jawab

1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

5. Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

6. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

7. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

8. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

9. Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients

10. Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

11. Keep records of client transactions
