Job description: Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What Will You Do :

• Conducting design including the selection of equipment, review of supplier drawing
• Management and control of supplier
• Supervision for inspection and construction, troubleshooting & commissioning
• Preparation of MR including technical screening on vendor’s quotation
• Preparation of the schedule including man power estimation for design and construction
• Pick up the necessary construction item
• Evaluation & costing of equipment
• Familiar with regulations and standard such as IEC, ANSI, ASM API Standard
• Interface with internal (Electrical / Mechanical / Piping / Civil Group and Boss) and external (consultant, supplier customer and relevant authority)
• Preparation of alternative proposal
• Proposal and negotiation with customers
• Safety knowledge of sitr work
• Identifying sources of danger and aspects of environmental impact
• Contribute to maintain and monitor K3L in their respective work areas
• Maintain a safe workin environment

Persyaratan

What You Need to be :

• Bachelor of Physic Engineering or Equivalent
• At leats 10 years of experience in EPC and / or design of Insrument System
• Fluent in English
• Understanding of concept and management of instrument equipment such as below:

-Flow, pressure, temperature, level, Instrument

-SCADA, DCS, PLC

-Analyser, Gas Detector

-Control Valve, ON OFF Valve, MOV and other * Understanding of concept and preparation of design such as below items:

-P&ID

-System configuration diagram

-Instrument List, Datasheet

-Logic diagram for operation & interlock for SCADA

-Hook up drawing

-Instrument loop diagram

-Layout drawing

-Cable route

-BOQ (Bill of quantity) * Basic knowledge for the SIL, HAZOp and EX Proof Design

• Preferably candidates who possess skills :

-CAD Design

-Instrument Engineer Software such as Instrucal, Smart Plant Instrumentation * Familiar with detail engineering and selection of field instrument
