Job description:

• Plan, Design and Analysis of Civil & Structural engineering works.

• Liaise with Clients, Client Representatives, Consultants, Contractors & Authorities from project inception to completion.

• To prepare design calculations.

• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Clients and Authorities.

• Manage projects to meet the time, cost, quality and safety objectives.

• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site and attend meetings during the construction phase of projects.

• To conduct periodic inspection of structural works.

• To prepare documents for Authority submission.

• Degree qualifications in engineering (structural/civil), construction or similar function.

• Between 8-12 years relevant experience in MRT/LRT/rail projects

• Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.

• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, to meet deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
