Lowongan Kerja Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical Petrosea- Member of India Energy Group

Job desc:
– Monitor and review all quantity and measurement in accordance with the existing contract, starting from the initial calculation to the final figure.
– Seek to minimize the cost of the project and increase the value of money, while still achieving the required standard and qualities.
– Manage all variation quantities base on the latest drawing revision.
– Assignment : Timika, Papua.

Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical
– Experiences in same role / position minimum 5 years or above.
– Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
– Good knowledge in construction methods and material take off.
– Good communication, negotiation and quantity surveyor breakdown structure.
– Comparison budget quantity vs actual; analyze quantity changed
– Fluent in English and Indonesia, both written and verbal.
– Strong initiatives and open mind to feedback
– Maybe required to works extra and flexible hours due to meet project timeline.
