FORTUNA  is looking for a Public Relations (PR) Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients' PR accounts, provide strategies counsel to aider marketing campaigns, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media, their PR and w, and the public.

As a PR Account Manager, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who can handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. We'd like to meet you if you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople
2. Spearheading both traditional PR and social media project
3. Developing news angles, stories, and pitches to further the client's profile, products, and services
4. Fulfilling the client's key performance indicators and growing accounts
5. Being involved in pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
6. Managing a high level of client interaction

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Public Relations from reputable University
2. Having 5+ years' experience as PR
3. High level of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills
4. Passion for media, including social media
5. Flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
6. Strong copywriting and marketing mastery commercial aware and business savvy
7. Good industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
8. Solid computer prowess and project management skills
9. Outstanding organisation with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
10. Service focused and sensitive to confidential information
