1. PPIC

Responsibility :

• Create production planning and master production schedule
• Create weekly production schedule
• Create production schedule base on raw material availability
• Monitoring supply raw material availability
• Monitoring schedule raw material arrival

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor degree graduated in industrial engineering major from reputable university
• Have minimal 2 years experience in PPIC
• Good leadership and strategic thinking
• Detail oriented
• Diligent, honest, and trustworthy
• Placement Sidoarjo

2. RND FRAME & FORK

Responsibility :

• Planning the development of paints with breakthrough new formulations that lead to efficiency and improvement of material quality
• Planning effective and efficient research procedures in achieving data accuracy
• Running an effective and efficient trial system to get valid trial results
• Running a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Chemistry is preferred
• GPA Minimum 3.00 (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
• Having an internship in a factory, especially lab or chemistry operational is a plus
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Have a leadership is a must, good analysis and problem solving skills
• Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
• Think creatively & don’t give up easily
• Having an interest in sports, especially cycling

3. INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE)

Responsibility :

• Overview of the production process, handling project cycle time and review of the production process (Lean Process)
• Able to make the manufacturing system more efficient

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Industrial Engineering is preferred
• GPA Minimum 3.00 (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Conceptual, likes data analysis and interest in jobs in Industry
• Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment

4. QUALITY CONTROL (QC) – MANUFACTURE

Responsibility :

• Ensure all production processes are in accordance with the SOP, specified work instruction.
• Oversee the performance of the QC Line in production
• Supervise, control functions in terms of quality-related processes, and directing the team
• Oversee implementation of the ISO & Quality Management System

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• GPA Minimum 3.00 (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
• Having an internship in a factory, especially QA/QC is a plus
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Have a leadership is a must, good analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Understand and be able to operate measuring instruments
• Independent, proactive, like challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
• Think creatively & don’t give up easily
• Having an interest in sport, especially cycling

5. WAREHOUSE MANUFACTURE SUPERVISOR

Responsibility :

• Carry out supervision so that all processes in the Finished Good Warehouse done according to procedures and work instructions
• Ensure all warehouse processes are in accordance with the SOP, specified Work Instruction
• Oversee implementation of the ISO & Quality Management System

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor degree of all majors, Industrial Engineering is preferred
• Have minimum 1 year as warehouse will be a good advantage
• Having an internship in a factory, especially warehouse is a plus
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Have a leadership is a must, good analysis and problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
• Think creatively & don’t give up easily
