Lowongan MARKETING MANAGER

Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for handling performance marketing campaign and email marketing.
• Constantly reviewing and understanding our customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviors and reporting back to the wider business with CRM system.
• Identifying improvements to acquisition performance in channels and onsite experience, and shaping roadmaps to implement any changes that are required.
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive traffic and improve ROAS
• Working closely with brand ,creative and sales team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Creating and executing email direct marketing strategy.
• Provide campaign analysis and reporting to understand the ROI of these programs and campaigns for optimization and continuous improvement in all marketing plan. Knowledge of online media marketing, paid search, display advertising, googles ads /analytics and other digital marketing channels.

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree from any major (preferably Marketing/Communication)
• Retail background
• Digital marketing expert is a must
• English communicative is a must
• Min. 5 years of experience in the relevant position (preferably FMCG non Food)
• Solid knowledge of branding, promotion techniques, and market research
• Strong and proven ability in managing media and community relations, advertising, and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (in English)
• Willing to work in Lebak Bulus Head Office, Jakarta Selatan

Lowongan Store General Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (General)
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Managerial Retail Business as Hypermarket Store Manager
Required Skill(s): Retail Management knowledge and skills, Computer literate, English literate, Production/Operation, Store Management
Has good leadership & communication skill, cooperative, and creative

Lowongan Kerja Graphic Designer

Job Descriptions:
• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the needs and vision.
• Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
• Preparing mockups and presenting to clients before deciding on a final design/concept.
• Editing proofs to Marcomm Department Head’s specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalizing the artwork.
• Adhering to a mall’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Communicating with the internal and external team about the progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Working with vendor to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the Work on multiple briefs at the same time.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
• Business driven and proactive.
• A deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Have plenty of initiative.
• Strong working knowledge of printing, publishing, or graphic design procedures and related computer software.
• Able to use photoshop, illustrator, corel draw, indesign, and HTML.
• Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical.
• Minimum experience 3 years in the same field.

Lowongan Kerja IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
• Managing IT projects in collaboration with different stake holders (business team,other IT team,external team) to meet the project goals,deadline and budget.
• Acting as Business Analyst to gather requirement and create simple document of business flow or mock up for developers.
• Providing project status report.
• Creating project plan as well as identify project risk and mitigation for each risk.
• Test the application to ensure all features working as intended and manage potential bug.
• Doing handover to operational team and provides the handover documents.
• Taking ownership of each project/application that has been built.
• Taking responsible for MIS & reporting project and other IT projects

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as IT Business partner to coordinate and collaborate of all project stakeholders.
• Having technical experience in formulating solution to provide robust data management in reporting system.
• Having sound technical knowledge in SQL queries and preferably in data processing / data warehouse / data mining.
• Willing to placed in Lebak Bulus Head Office
