HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Maximum of age 30 years
* Hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
* Having minimum 3 years experience as HR Officer in Banking
* Responsible for providing support in the various Human Resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling
* Ability to develop policies and procedures relating to the staff employed
* Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees’ personal details
* Be able to work as part of a team and have problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems

IT Programmer
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Graduated from reputable university with IT major
* Having 1 or 2 years working experience with at least one implemented application
* Mastering Java Programming
* Knowledgeable of ASP.NET, MySQL, PHP
* Permanent employee with a 2 year legally bound
* Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Willing to be assigned in Jakarta

CREDIT RISK MANAGER
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Maximum of age 40 years
* Hold a bachelor degree in any discipline
* Having minimum 10 years experience as Credit Risk in Banking
* Ability to evaluate and provide recommendations on credit proposal and have good financial analysis skills
* Good understanding of asset quality of banks reporting and provide analysis to produce policy and strategy development loan assets
* Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
* Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
* PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus, and attention to detail
