PT Pismatex Textile Industry membutuhkan beberapa tenaga untuk mengisi formasi sebagai berikut:
1.       Staf sales dan marketing: pendidikan minimal S1 atau D3 Ekonomi.
2.       Staf PPIC dan staf warehouse: pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri.
3.       Staf desainer kemasan: pendidikan minimal D3 Desain Komunikasi Visual.
4.       Staf desain sarung dan fashion: pendidikan minimal D3 Kriya Tekstil atau Kriya Seni.
5.       Staf engineering: pendidikan minimal D3 Elektro.

Ketentuan umum:
Pelamar laki-laki atau perempuan maksimal berusia 30 tahun.
Pelamar terpilih akan ditempatkan di Pekalongan, kecuali staf desainer kemasan ditempatkan di Surabaya.
