Job description:

• Develop and execute strategy for the groups newly established Property Development / Leasing and Construction Services business unit
• Accountable for achieving top-line and bottom-line financials for the Property Development & Leasing business unit
• Deliver property development projects within approved budgets, specifications and timelines
• Develop a highly motivated and performing team striving to achieve organisation goals and objectives
• Ensure all business activities are in line with local laws and company policies

Responsibilities * Identifying business opportunities for property development & leasing and construction services within Timor-Leste market

• Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve organisation goals and objectives
• Overseeing development and construction projects to ensure they are delivered to approved budgets, specifications / standards and timelines
• Developing and managing a team across property development, sales leasing, management and construction activities
• Responsible for operations management of property assets including sales, marketing, leasing, maintenance and stakeholder / client relationships

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree equivalent in Civil engineering.
• Proven experience and in-depth understanding for Industrial / Commercial and Residential property development and construction – mandatory.
• At least 5 or more years’ experience in related industry (i.e. Project Engineer, Site Engineer and / or Business Development engineer.
