Job description: Job Overview:

Provide drafting support to project, shop and yard personnel for construction needs.

Key Responsibility/Accountability:

• Operate Auto Cad and/or other detailing software to review shop/design drawing
• Review shop drawing as per applicable Drafting Process and Shop Drawing process flowchart.
• Review shop drawing using checklist and color coding.
• Review standard drawing parameter: drawing numbers, revisions, material type, size and dimensions into shop drawing.
• Review/check drawing accuracy and approved shop drawing and fabrication drawing.
• Implement basic welding and welding symbols on the drawing based on design drawing reference.
• Review As built drawing based on field red line markup drawing
• Read and interpret design drawing to create shop drawing
• Understand the interpretation of applicable specifications, codes and standards into shop drawing
• Apply project specific level 3 procedures into shop drawing as applicable
• Implement Prefabrication, Erection methods and DC reports information into shop drawing
• Solved any engineering design drawing problem, raise SQ and TQ and ability to implement of the SQ, TQ, SI and ARN in the shop drawing.
• Identify non-original scope using Change Management System, raise revision/change order for any work performed which are outside the original scope.
• Prevent NCR and ability to manage the NCR within his team
• Implement of lesson learn and how can they be used for future project
• Coordinate with production engineer, shop/erection engineer, PMT, Engineering Office and Company, to ensure the drawing issuance compliance with the project plan.
• Review man hour booking and raise any concern related progress & productivity
• Allocate manpower based on Project Planning and Scheduling and lead the project 4 WKLA process
• High standard of safe working practice, quality, productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications :

• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree graduate
• 5 years Oil & Gas or Petrochem consultant / engineering / detailing engineering
