Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF AeroAsia) (GMFI) didirikan pada tanggal 26 Apri 2002. Kantor pusat GMF AeroAsia berlokasi di Gedung Manajemen PT Garuda Indonesia Lantai 3, Area Perkantoran bandara Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang, PO. Box 1303, BUSH 19130 – Indonesia.

Berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan, ruang lingkup kegiatan GMFI adalah dalam bidang jasa perawatan pesawat terbang, perawatan komponen dan kalibrasi, perawatan mesin untuk pesawat dan industri, pembuatan dan perawatan sarana pendukung, jasa engineering, jasa layanan material, logistik, pergudangan dan konsinyasi serta jasa konsultan, pelatihan dan penyediaan tenaga ahli di bidang perawatan pesawat, komponen dan mesin.

Wheel Brake & Landing Gear Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• In this role, you will elevate product quality and drive strategic chemical and sustainability projects from concept to MRO space.
• Define Repair Special Process Wheel Brake & Landing Gear Parts
• Operational Troubleshooting in Electroplating Special Process
• Chemical Solution analysis test

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (from reputable university) or 1-2 years equivalent work experience.
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Experience to perform electroplating process (cadmium, hard chrome, anodizing, passivation).
• Deep knowledge in racking, tooling and make up chemical.
• Experience in laboratory to perform chemical & mechanical analysis.
• Experience in aviation industry is a plus.
• Understand standard practice manual
• Conversant with inspection methods, technique and limitation of inspected item
• TOEFL score min. 450 or TOEIC min. 530 (validity period for test taken in 2020-2022)
• Willing to be placed in Head Office GMF (Cengkareng, Soekarno Hatta International Airport)

Senior Manager Business Contract

Job Description

• Coordinate related legal steps to VP & BoD.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible for ensuring the company’s legal risk mitigation efforts through contract administration arrangements including the preparation of guidelines, standards and instructions for contract administration, providing assistance in solving contract implementation problems and developing a contract administration system.
• Reviewing the legal aspects and laws and regulations that apply to the engagement/agreement between the Company and business partners.
• Responsible for the empowerment of contract administration which includes technical development of the contract administration system, monitoring and evaluation of contracts, providing legal opinions on contract drafts, and providing recommendations on the implementation of contract implementation procedures.
• Assisting in the direction for  business contract and its stages include negotiation, MOU, feasibility study, script writing, script signing and monitoring the implementation of the contract.
• Responsible for rendering legal opinion on any dispute arises from the implementation of the contract as well as providing practical solution to such matter.
• Support, promote and implement GMF’s legal initiatives as well as the GMF’s internal procedure.
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and synthesize the information to incorporate it into company’s contracting practices.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Law can be advantage. Bachelor’s degree in law (from reputable university) with 5-7 years work experiences..
• Good understanding of contracting risk/issues as well as the regulation which may relevant to the transactions under the contracts.
• A person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as having a strong business acumen.
• Attention to detail.
• TOEFL score min. 550 or TOEIC min. 700 (validity period for test taken in 2020-2022).
• Willing to be placed in Head Office GMF (Cengkareng, Soekarno Hatta International Airport)
